Presentation Guidelines
Posters: Virtual or in-Person Presentations (10 minutes)
A 10-minute poster presentation will allow you to discuss your poster and the impetus for your study, background information and data, research questions, supporting literature, methodology, findings and conclusions and recommendations or next steps. Plan a five-minute presentation and a five-minute Q&A.
Virtual Poster Guidelines: The static poster, designed in PowerPoint or as a pdf file may be loaded from the speaker’s desktop to the presentation. We will send specific directions to speakers in advance of the presentation as an update once the final delivery format is confirmed.
In-Person Poster Guidelines:

Podium: Virtual Presentations

Abstracts accepted for podium presentations may plan a PowerPoint file that can be uploaded from the desktop. The presentation will be 15 minutes with a 5-minute opportunity for audience questions.
